Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will support the manufacturing of fiberglass pipe by improving production processes, workflows, documentation, tooling, equipment, and quality performance. The role leads continuous improvement initiatives, supports new product introduction, performs root cause analysis, analyzes production data, collaborates with Quality Engineering, and provides technical support and training to production personnel. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and 2–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience, along with knowledge of manufacturing processes, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Microsoft Office, and ERP/MRP systems.
