Description
The Manufacturing Engineer works with the Value Stream team to improve manufacturing quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness through continuous improvement, process design, equipment evaluation, failure analysis, capital projects, and prototype development. The role also supports senior engineers, prepares manufacturing documentation and drawings, contributes to Lean practices, and assists with machine troubleshooting and assembly. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, at least three years of relevant manufacturing experience or equivalent education and experience, and proficiency with solid modeling, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD.
