Description
The Manufacturing Engineer provides technical assistance to manufacturing departments, develops engineering change notices and process specifications, analyzes plant and workstation layouts, performs work measurement, and recommends equipment, processes, tooling, and productivity improvements. The role also supports new-product manufacturing, equipment justification, assembly and machining operations, incoming inspection, and training of hourly associates. It requires 4–10 years of experience, project leadership experience, Lean manufacturing training, Microsoft Office and AutoCAD proficiency, and a degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
