Description

The Manufacturing Engineer will design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for RIC Power Corp.’s medium-voltage switchgear solutions. The role partners with production, quality, supply chain, product design, and engineering teams to support new product introductions, improve efficiency and quality, troubleshoot production issues, develop SOPs, implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement, coordinate with maintenance and quality teams, evaluate automation technologies, and monitor production metrics. The position requires a relevant engineering bachelor’s degree, 3–7 years of manufacturing experience, knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma, process design and production planning experience, CAD and manufacturing simulation proficiency, and strong cross-functional communication skills.
