Description
Panelmatic is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for custom electrical, instrument, and pneumatic control panels. The role partners with production, quality, supply chain, product design, and engineering teams to support new product introductions, continuous improvement, automation, robotics, and smart manufacturing initiatives. Responsibilities include process design, workflow and capacity planning, troubleshooting, documentation, quality and safety coordination, and project leadership. The position requires a relevant engineering bachelor’s degree, 3–7 years of manufacturing experience, Lean or Six Sigma knowledge, CAD and simulation proficiency, and experience with automation or smart manufacturing technologies.
