Panelmatic is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for its custom control-panel production. The role focuses on powder-coating process development, equipment installation, testing, preventive maintenance, production optimization, Lean and continuous improvement, process documentation, troubleshooting, and support for new product introductions. It requires a relevant engineering degree, 3–7 years of manufacturing experience, knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma, CAD and manufacturing simulation skills, and experience with automation or smart manufacturing technologies.
