Paxton is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer in Eastbourne to support and improve manufacturing processes across new and existing products. The role focuses on developing safe, efficient, and repeatable production workflows; improving quality, costs, and efficiency; collaborating with Quality Engineers; analysing labour, machine utilisation, and bottlenecks; investigating root causes; maintaining PFMEA, control plans, and work instructions; supporting New Product Introduction; and applying continuous-improvement expertise. Candidates should have experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing and strong knowledge of final assembly, flow lines, and workflow optimisation.
