Description
Physical Intelligence is hiring a Manufacturing Lead to scale robotic systems from prototype through pilot production and eventual scale. The role owns manufacturing processes, fixtures, tooling, assembly and test flows, BOMs, quality systems, KPIs, and the transition of designs from research to production. The lead will collaborate with design engineers, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams, and will apply DFM/DFA, root-cause analysis, FMEA, lean manufacturing, ERP/MRP, and quality-control practices. A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and at least five years of manufacturing engineering experience are required, with robotics, NPI, CAD, GD&T, and hands-on electromechanical experience preferred or specified.
