Description
The Manufacturing Engineer maintains equipment, validates processes, manages technical communication, designs and optimizes new product processes, and oversees assigned manufacturing processes while meeting quality, delivery, and cost targets. The role develops manufacturing solutions, works independently across manufacturing phases, produces project documentation, and may mentor team members. A bachelor’s degree with at least two years of related experience is preferred, along with analytical, statistical-process-control, computer, communication, and equipment skills.
