Description
Polamer Precision, Inc. is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Engineer for the first shift to optimize aerospace manufacturing processes, develop work instructions and tooling, improve quality and cycle times, and support Lean and Six Sigma initiatives. The role requires 5–7 years of aerospace manufacturing experience, familiarity with major aerospace customers, Engineering Source Approval, and software including NX, Unigraphics, SolidWorks, and Mastercam.
