Polo Custom Products is hiring an onsite Manufacturing Engineer in Louisville, Mississippi. The role develops and maintains cost-effective manufacturing methods, designs workplace layouts, improves production processes, analyzes equipment performance and failures, reduces scrap, documents improvements, and collaborates with operations, maintenance, engineering, and leadership teams. The position requires a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, one to two years of Industrial Engineering experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing processes.
