Viper Northwest is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to improve manufacturability, production efficiency, and cost effectiveness for customer products. The role covers design-for-manufacturing reviews, engineering change proposals, production planning and documentation, bills of materials, fixture design and fabrication, production support, equipment troubleshooting, cost estimation, process improvement, and compliance documentation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology, at least five years of manufacturing-environment experience, machining expertise, Lean methodology training, aerospace and semiconductor standards knowledge, ERP/MES experience, and strong communication and analytical skills.
