Description
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager leads the manufacturing engineering team and supports production by developing and improving manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and automated manufacturing systems. The role collaborates with production, quality, supply chain, and design engineering; troubleshoots manufacturing issues; improves workflows and cycle times; leads process improvement and lean initiatives; and manages the engineering team. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
