Quest Defense Systems and Solutions is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support machining operations in Tucson, Arizona. The role develops and optimizes CNC programs for multi-axis mills and lathes, validates programs through first-piece prove-outs, troubleshoots production issues, improves manufacturing processes, supports new product introductions, develops work instructions and standards, and applies Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methods. The position is 100% onsite, requires a relevant bachelor's degree and five years of CNC machining experience, and offers a pay range of $65–$70 USD.
