The role covers transformer assembly and testing, APQP, PFMEA, control plans, PPAP, defect reduction, process capability, regulatory and customer certifications, and cross-functional collaboration with design, quality, supply chain, and production teams. Candidates should have a mechanical degree or equivalent experience, quality-management-system knowledge, transformer manufacturing expertise, and familiarity with relevant standards and engineering tools.
