Description
Rantec Power Systems Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to own product manufacturability and develop, monitor, and improve manufacturing processes and tools for power-supply products. The role partners with design engineering on design-for-manufacturability, approves engineering documents, transfers products from design to manufacturing, designs fixtures and tooling, documents assembly and production methods, manages suppliers and production schedules, resolves manufacturing issues, and audits processes for efficiency, throughput, quality, and safety. The position requires a related engineering degree, at least three years of manufacturing experience, knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly and inspection, CAD/CAM/GD&T, Lean and Six Sigma, statistical process control, and Microsoft Office. It is based in a factory environment and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, vacation, and other benefits, with an annual salary range of $79,600 to $113,700.
