Description
The role sets up and qualifies new semiconductor test handlers, troubleshoots handler issues, monitors equipment performance and throughput, supports preventive maintenance and reliability programs, drives continuous-improvement projects, trains technicians, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. It requires a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, basic knowledge of electromechanical and pneumatic systems, and willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; semiconductor test-handler experience and problem-solving methodologies are preferred.
