Description
Renesas is hiring multiple Utility Facilities Engineers to plan, execute, renew, and improve utility facilities and buildings supporting semiconductor manufacturing. The role covers cleanroom expansion, stable utility supply, equipment installation and maintenance, vendor and construction coordination, capital investment planning, safety and quality checks, defect tracking, cost reduction, and project management. Candidates need basic knowledge of factory, utility, or building facilities, experience with equipment installation, repair, or modification, stakeholder coordination, and PC skills; semiconductor-factory experience and capital-project experience are preferred. The company uses a hybrid model with remote work two days per week.
