Description
The role sets up and qualifies semiconductor test handlers, troubleshoots equipment issues, monitors uptime and throughput, supports preventive maintenance and reliability programs, drives continuous-improvement projects, trains technicians, and collaborates with cross-functional teams while maintaining safety and quality compliance. It requires a bachelor's degree in an engineering or related field, basic knowledge of electromechanical and pneumatic systems, and willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; semiconductor test-handler experience and analytical methodologies are preferred.
