Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will own the development of manufacturing processes, tooling, and test fixtures for a Las Vegas production line, diagnose and resolve production issues, provide design-for-manufacturability feedback, maintain quality documentation, and directly manage Associate Engineers. The role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant Electrical Engineering background, 3–6 years of hands-on manufacturing or production engineering experience, experience taking products from design into production, and prior experience supervising junior engineers or technicians. Compensation is $130,000 to $165,000 annually, with fully covered health coverage, a 401(k) contribution, unlimited PTO, profit sharing, and potential equity.
