Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will provide technical support and troubleshooting in manufacturing, coordinate between Manufacturing and Engineering, maintain engineering and manufacturing documentation, and lead or support process improvement, quality control, lean manufacturing, capital expenditure, and productivity projects. The role also involves generating routings, investigating labor variances, implementing process change requests, and reporting KPIs. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience, at least five years of engineered-to-CNC manufacturing experience, hands-on machine-shop experience, and familiarity with relevant manufacturing systems and software.
