Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will develop, optimize, and support manufacturing processes, equipment, production systems, and workflows in a solar panel manufacturing facility. The role improves efficiency, quality, cost performance, and operational safety; leads root-cause analysis and corrective actions; supports equipment installation, validation, commissioning, automation, and new-product introduction; and participates in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives. A bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, or a related engineering field and 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience are required, while solar panel, electronics, semiconductor, or automated production experience is preferred.
