Description
Specter is hiring a full-stack Manufacturing Engineer to bridge hardware engineering design and scalable production. The role owns a manufacturing line and product from concept through high-volume production, including tooling and equipment design, design for manufacturability, production processes, work instructions, PFMEA, test validation, supplier and contract-manufacturer coordination, and field deployment support. Candidates need at least three years of manufacturing, mechanical, or electrical engineering experience, strong engineering fundamentals, Lean Six Sigma knowledge, expertise in a manufacturing process, CAD proficiency, and hands-on experience with mechanical and electromechanical assemblies.
