Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will lead the cost, quality, and manufacturability of new and existing product lines, transitioning approved designs into mass manufacturing and optimizing extrusion, assembly, production lines, equipment, automation, workflows, and quality systems. The role includes process improvement, Six Sigma and A3 activities, SPC analysis, PPAP execution, and coordination with manufacturing, tooling, maintenance, and extrusion partners. It requires a bachelor's degree in manufacturing or industrial engineering or a related field and 3–5 years of experience, with a salary of $90,000–$115,000.
