Description
Thea Energy is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and implement processes, tooling, equipment, documentation, inventory management, and quality criteria for manufacturing and testing high-temperature superconducting magnets. The role will support the establishment of process and quality engineering, coordinate with magnet engineers and vendors, onboard manufacturing technicians, and track program progress. Candidates need at least five years of manufacturing engineering experience, a related degree, experience with complex hardware assemblies and metal-fusion processes, and familiarity with GD&T, PLM, MRP, and inventory management. The position offers $105,000–$130,000 in compensation, health benefits, equity stock options, and 20 days of paid time off.
