Description
The role leads manufacturing process definition and readiness, including layout, line balance, cell and line design, material presentation, tooling and fixturing, process documentation, training, and first-pass yield. It also tracks business-unit and functional KPIs, leads cost-reduction and lean initiatives, supports root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and leads job-safety analysis for safety and ergonomics. The position requires at least three years of manufacturing-process experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, bilingual English and Spanish proficiency, strong communication skills, MS tools, and familiarity with electronic manufacturing technologies.
