Description
The Line Planner owns the daily technical performance of assigned production lines, monitoring machine status, production flow, and key performance indicators while coordinating issue resolution across Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and the Process Group. The role drives rapid recovery, maintains standardized work, supports production planning and launch readiness, and identifies recurring issues for long-term improvement. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and 3–7 years of manufacturing or production engineering experience, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project-management skills.
