Description
Ford is hiring a Battery Manufacturing Engineer to industrialize Cell-to-Pack BEV battery-pack factories, develop and launch manufacturing processes and equipment, lead simultaneous engineering with product, purchasing, suppliers, OEMs, and automation partners, and support quality, cost, cycle time, OEE, equipment acceptance, change management, and plant transition. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a master's degree preferred, at least 1–3 years of process engineering experience, and 5+ years on major projects involving Cell-to-Pack module assembly. It is a hybrid position with possible onsite work and short-term relocation, and offers a base salary of $72,480–$162,120.
