Rebo is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to improve automotive lighting manufacturing processes, equipment, automation, quality, reliability, and cost. The role covers equipment setup and changeover, quick-response failure resolution, QRQC, process and layout optimization, capital projects, equipment drawings, maintenance programs, and manufacturing improvements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or a related field, at least three years of manufacturing engineering and automation experience, and proficiency with process-engineering tools; Lean Enterprise, automotive, assembly, and injection-molding experience are preferred.
