Description
The role supports the manufacturing and engineering of high-pressure die-cast structural components and related finishing operations. Responsibilities include developing process documentation, managing timelines and open issues, communicating customer-driven changes, maintaining build standards, participating in product quoting, conducting manpower and line-balancing studies, and supporting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of manufacturing experience, and knowledge of CNC, robotics, automation, CAD, and related controls and fabrication technologies.
