Description
The Manufacturing Manager leads and coordinates manufacturing operations, cross-functional continuous improvement, performance metrics, reporting, standard procedures, production goals, workforce development, and plant-floor engagement. The role requires a BS degree in engineering, at least three years of continuous improvement experience, U.S. work authorization, and access to export-controlled items; visa sponsorship is unavailable. Preferred qualifications include mechanical or industrial engineering, production KPI knowledge, Excel and Minitab, AutoCAD or SolidWorks, leadership, change management, manufacturing excellence, manufacturing-process knowledge, communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and investment casting experience.
