Description
The Manufacturing Engineer develops and implements manufacturing processes, procedures, production layouts, equipment installation, processing, fabrication, and material-handling operations. The role drives automation, robotics, CAD, IoT, statistical process control, data analytics, and digital work-instruction adoption to improve efficiency, cost, quality, and operational excellence. It also evaluates equipment performance, initiates corrective actions, and provides input to product design. The position requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or a related discipline, prior manufacturing engineering experience, and U.S. citizenship because the work location requires special access. The full-time salary range is $70,500 to $130,900, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
