Description
The role develops and implements manufacturing processes, procedures, production layouts, equipment installation, processing, fabrication, and material-handling operations. It drives automation, robotics, and computer-aided manufacturing adoption; creates and analyzes 3D model data; develops digital work instructions; evaluates equipment and IoT performance; initiates corrective actions; applies statistical process control; and provides input to product design. The position requires a bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline or equivalent manufacturing and inspection experience, at least one year of root-cause-analysis and engineering or process-improvement experience, and the ability to obtain a secret clearance. The full-time salary range is $70,500 to $130,900, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
