Description
The Manufacturing Process Engineer develops and implements manufacturing processes, procedures, production layouts, work instructions, and digital models for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, fabrication, and material handling. The role drives automation, robotics, and computer-aided manufacturing adoption; analyzes factory data for statistical process control and continuous improvement; evaluates equipment performance; and provides input to product design. It requires a STEM bachelor’s degree, two years of relevant experience, electronic assembly manufacturing knowledge, and US citizenship with an existing or obtainable security clearance. The full-time salary range is $70,500 to $130,900, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
