Description
The Manufacturing Engineer develops and implements manufacturing processes, procedures, production layouts, equipment installation, processing, fabrication, and material-handling operations. The role drives automation, robotics, and computer-aided manufacturing adoption; creates and analyzes 3D model data and digital work instructions; defines operations procedures and build sequences; evaluates equipment and IoT performance; initiates corrective actions; and uses factory data for statistical process control and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or a related discipline, knowledge of Lean manufacturing, and basic SolidWorks and 3D-printing prototyping skills. It is a full-time role with a salary range of $70,500 to $130,900 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
