Description
INNIO is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer – Engine Assembly in Waukesha, Wisconsin to transfer, localize, validate, and ramp up established Jenbacher engine assembly processes from the Jenbach plant into a new Waukesha production facility. The role covers production equipment readiness, process trials and validation, troubleshooting, tooling and fixture coordination, workflow and ergonomic improvements, operator and maintenance training, readiness reporting, and cross-functional communication. It is an onsite role with up to 20% travel, including approximately 3–5 months in Jenbach at the start.
