BAE Systems is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer – Estimator in Rochester, with an onsite location in Kent, to support defence, aerospace, and security bids. The role coordinates operations and supply-chain inputs, produces cost-effective estimates, supports customer and supplier fact-finding, reviews build and support durations, tracks material costs, and contributes to continuous improvement. Candidates should have manufacturing build instructions, SOPs, tooling or fixturing design, design-for-manufacture knowledge, and experience with SAP, Oracle, or Epicor; a relevant engineering qualification or equivalent experience is required, while CIPS is advantageous.
