Description
The Manufacturing Engineer / Estimator will support complex aerospace component production by developing, testing, and optimizing CNC programs; setting up tooling machines; preparing work instructions; leading manufacturing team execution and prove-outs; generating hardware estimates; participating in design-for-manufacturing meetings; resolving process and non-conformance issues; and implementing lean improvements. The role requires a bachelor’s or associate degree with direct experience, at least three years of heavy CNC machining or programming experience, and hands-on CNC, EDM, or grinding experience, with limited relocation assistance and no visa sponsorship.
