Description
Central States Manufacturing, Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to manage process definition, capital acquisition, and process implementation across manufacturing sites. The role leads continuous improvement and Kaizen events, coaches site management and operations teams on lean manufacturing, develops work standards and quality-control plans, supports equipment and vendor initiatives, and maintains project timelines. The position works in both office and manufacturing-plant environments, may require travel to up to 50% of sites, and requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience.
