Description
The role develops and documents daily production processes, creates work instructions, identifies process improvements, investigates operational problems, prepares production cost estimates, and provides training. It requires lean training or experience, strong mechanical aptitude, manufacturing engineering experience, CAD experience with CATIA or Siemens NX, project management, PFMEA and root-cause analysis, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
