Description
The Manufacturing Process Engineer monitors quality and efficiency for assigned manufacturing lines, drives continuous improvement through process development, root cause analysis, and systematic problem solving, and uses CIQ, TARS, and other data sources. Responsibilities include optimizing line throughput, reducing changeover downtime, managing machine utilization and scrap, creating soldering profiles, maintaining process parameters, designing or procuring production tooling, coordinating line reconfigurations, and verifying scheduled maintenance. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and one to two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
