Description
The Manufacturing Engineer develops and supports manufacturing processes, equipment, production parameters, and tooling for new and existing business. The role provides technical support to production and maintenance teams, leads continuous improvement and Kaizen activities, investigates manufacturing problems, supports equipment installation and production start-up, coordinates with vendors and management, and maintains engineering documentation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, manufacturing or engineering experience, SolidWorks proficiency, and the ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
