The role collaborates with engineering, production, and vendor teams; creates work instructions and best practices; and provides design-for-manufacturing feedback through prototype and flight builds. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least one year of progressive related experience, hands-on complicated assembly experience, strong engineering fundamentals, and knowledge of manufacturing processes, inspection methods, and GD&T. The role offers a hiring range of $90,000 to $136,000 USD plus equity and other benefits.
