Description
The Manufacturing Engineer II supports aerospace machined-component manufacturing by developing and improving methods, work instructions, processes, validations, and shop-floor improvements. The role also handles NPI, FAI, continuous improvement, manufacturing data analysis, engineering changes, cost reduction, PFMEA, process capability, and RCCA studies. It requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering or equivalent hands-on experience, at least three years of engineering experience, and expertise in CNC manufacturing, aerospace standards, GD&T, fixturing, statistical process control, and titanium or nickel-based superalloy manufacturing. The position is onsite in Fullerton, California, does not offer visa sponsorship, and pays $110,000 to $130,000 per year.
