Description
The Manufacturing Engineer develops, evaluates, improves, and implements manufacturing systems and methods for medical, dental, and animal health products. The role covers process and equipment design, tooling and fixture development, workflow and space planning, cost and quality improvement, technical documentation, risk reduction, and cross-functional project leadership. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and at least two years of relevant experience, along with analytical, communication, problem-solving, documentation, and regulatory knowledge skills. The position also provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to co-op students, technicians, and level I engineers.
