The role develops test plans, work instructions, and work orders; supports hardware integration and testing; troubleshoots non-conformances; coordinates quality and procurement; conducts test readiness reviews; and improves test processes. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or a related field, at least four years of relevant experience, and hands-on hardware-build experience. The hiring range is $104,000 to $156,000 USD.
