Description
Textron Systems is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer II to support the development and improvement of manufacturing processes, procedures, production layouts, work instructions, tooling, documentation, routing, and configuration-controlled manufacturing packages for fabrication and assembly of detail parts and end-item products. The role collaborates with production teams, participates in design reviews and Integrated Product Team meetings, conducts root-cause investigations and time studies, and evaluates new equipment and manufacturing technologies. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, 2–5 years of manufacturing experience, CAD and ERP/MRP knowledge, Lean and problem-solving familiarity, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance.
