Description
The role supports process engineers in developing and optimizing machining technologies for turning, milling, drilling, and related processes. Responsibilities include preparing work instructions, control plans, and tool cards; analyzing cutting parameters, tools, cycle times, CNC parameters, tool wear, scrap, and operation times; and assisting with CAD/CAM models. The position requires a mechanical, production, mechatronics, automation, or related technical background, basic machining knowledge, technical-drawing interpretation, understanding of cutting parameters and materials, data accuracy, communication skills, and a willingness to learn in a manufacturing environment.
