Description
Encode Inc is hiring for a 2nd-shift CNC programming and shop support/development role involving large-format VTL, VBM, gantry, and vertical multi-purpose turn/grind machines. The position generates and maintains multi-axis CNC programs, verifies them with Vericut, uses Renishaw probing, supports manufacturing engineers and operators, develops tooling and fixturing, creates machining methods, and leads process-improvement projects. The role requires four years of graphical CAM-based CNC programming experience, with Siemens NX CAM, 5-axis programming, high-level machine controls, complex first-piece setup, large-format machining, nickel-based superalloy machining, and multiple machine-control systems experience preferred or required.
