Description
Roush is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer I to evaluate and improve manufacturing processes, assess feasibility, develop workflows and fixtures, manage equipment and tooling procurement, support product development and launch activities, and lead continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least six months of production-based experience, knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes, and U.S. citizenship or permanent residency for ITAR compliance.
